Samsung Galaxy Z TriFold Completely Sold Out After Limited Release And Final Restock

Samsung has confirmed that its Galaxy Z TriFold, a limited-release foldable device, is now completely sold-out following its final restock earlier this month. The company updated the product listing on Samsung.com to reflect that both online and in-store inventory has been exhausted.

The Galaxy Z TriFold was introduced only a few months ago as Samsung’s first tri-folding smartphone. It featured a dual-hinge design that unfolded into a 10-inch internal display, making it larger and wider than most existing foldable devices on the market. The device drew significant attention for its experimental form factor and expanded screen space, which aimed to enhance productivity and multitasking.

Despite early interest, Samsung discontinued the device in March after a brief sales period. The company now describes it as a “limited-run” product, a label that was added to its online listing after a final US restock on April 10. Before this update, the listing directed customers to Samsung Experience stores for remaining inventory. However, the page has since been revised to state that the device is “now completely sold out.”

The updated listing no longer suggests any remaining availability and instead directs consumers toward other Samsung devices, including the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Galaxy S26 Ultra. Samsung continues to highlight the TriFold’s advanced capabilities on its product page, emphasizing its experimental design and features such as Samsung DeX support, which enables a desktop-like interface.

Earlier versions of the listing did not describe the TriFold as a limited-run product and still implied potential availability through physical retail locations as recently as April 15. The current update removes those references entirely.

Samsung has not explicitly stated whether the Galaxy Z TriFold will return in the future. However, reports have suggested the company may be developing a successor. For now, the TriFold appears to have completed its short market cycle, with Samsung focusing on its existing foldable lineup and upcoming devices expected later in the year.
